Selection of Sample Population

  • Non-probability sampling methods

Convenience sampling involves selecting participants for a study based on their easy availability or proximity, without specific criteria or initial screening. This method selects samples without considering the population's characteristics or their distribution.

  • Method of Selecting Sample Groups

The selection involves choosing users who have been using the Netflix application for more than one month.

  • Purposive sample

Types of Interview Methods
   1. Semi-structured Interviews:
Semi-structured interviews involve a flexible approach where an interviewer has a set of core questions but can also explore additional topics or probe deeper based on the participant's responses. This method allows for a balance between structured questions and open-ended discussions, providing rich qualitative data.

    2. Focus Groups:
Focus groups gather a small group of participants (typically 6-10 people) to discuss specific topics or issues in-depth. Facilitated by a moderator, focus groups encourage interaction and group dynamics, generating insights through group discussion and consensus building.
