Pain Points

For the PDPA screen in the previous version of the Krungthai Bank application.

Requirements from the Business team

The previous design screen had too much text and was visually cluttered.

User feedback

- Too much content, unclear where to focus.
- Reluctant to complete.
- Rarely read.

Competitor Analysis

    From the analysis of seven competitors, including Bangkok Bank, Siam Commercial Bank, Kasikorn Bank, TMB Bank, the 7/11 application, and the DTAC application, it was found that Kasikorn Bank's PDPA form screen incorporates images, making it more engaging and user-friendly compared to other forms that are predominantly long text descriptions.
