Subsin is a marketplace application specifically created to tackle safety issues related to the buying and selling of valuable items like antiques, collectibles, and amulets. It offers a convenient solution for both buyers and sellers by guaranteeing that all products are authenticated as 100% genuine and of top-notch quality. The platform includes a dependable payment system and secure shipping options to ensure that products are delivered to customers without any risk.

Review online platforms such as Pantip to understand the issues related to buying and selling antiques, rare items, collectibles, or amulets.

Conduct a competitor analysis on two sources: merchants with physical stores selling antiques and collectibles, and online communities such as Facebook.

Facebook Community

Customer relations are moderate, as transactions and discussions occur on-site. However, there is a lack of engagement and feedback exchange with a broader audience.

Customer relations are strong, thanks to Facebook Community features that facilitate discussions and feedback exchange with others through this channel.

There is no use of technology to facilitate transactions, with all interactions occurring directly in-store. Trust is relied upon, resulting in a low level of security.

Technology is utilized for transactions through Facebook Community channels, but security is low due to the online nature of the transactions, where the identities of buyers and sellers are not verified. The process relies heavily on trust, lacks a robust payment system, and may encounter issues with shipping.

        Seller background verification feature involves conducting criminal background checks using national ID cards. This aims to address issues of fraud by sellers, avoid sellers with negative histories, and enhance buyer safety.

         Our marketplace platform offers a comprehensive selection of products, all within a single application. It provides detailed product information, including the current average market price, the lowest and highest average prices, and price rate graphs for each product type. This ensures that buyers receive fair and transparent pricing.

     There is a search feature that allows users to filter information by various criteria, including product category, price, color, popularity, and year of manufacture. This functionality facilitates an easier search process for both buyers and sellers.

     The community feature enables users to follow individuals of interest and participate in discussion rooms where they can exchange opinions on shared interests. Additionally, users can post reviews of products they have purchased, helping to inform and guide other buyers' decisions.

       The chatbot is available 24/7 to assist customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information about various products. It ensures customers receive quick responses and real-time problem resolution.
